DESCRIPTION:Denne retræte er kun for mænd. \nTema: Genopdagelsen af den Indre Ild – Din Autentiske Kraft \nVores tema fokuserer på at genopdage og genoplive den indre ild\, den autentiske kraft\, der bor i hver mand. Denne kraft stammer fra vores dybeste kerne og er blandt andet kilden til vores passion\, vores dybeste potentiale og evne til at sætte grænser. \nTabet\nI løbet af opvæksten og livets gang kan denne indre ild blive formørket eller glemt. Sociale forventninger\, udfordringer og skuffelser i kontakten med forældre og andre omsorgspersoner kan føre til\, at vi mister kontakten med denne vitale del af os selv. Det første skridt i vores rejse er at anerkende de øjeblikke og oplevelser\, hvor vi følte\, at vores kraft forsvandt. \nRejsen Indad\nVed hjælp af meditationer\, shamanistiske te ceremonier\, refleksioner og guidede dialoger i små grupper og parvist vil vi udforske de dybere lag af vores bevidsthed. \nVi vil arbejde med at identificere de blokeringer og begrænsende overbevisninger\, der har forhindret os i at udtrykke vores sande kraft. Dette er en proces\, hvor vi ærligt og modigt ser ind i os selv. \nMed en blanding af praktiske øvelser\, såsom psykosomatiske kropsøvelse\, og kreative udtryksformer\, vil vi i samarbejde med andre mænd skabe rum til at vække den sovende ild indeni. Vi vil lære og arbejde med\, hvordan vi kanaliserer denne energi konstruktivt til at sætte sunde grænser og stå fast i vores autenticitet. \nIntegration\nDenne rejse vil ikke kun være en indre forvandling\, men vi vil også se på hvordan man alene og sammen med andre mænd til\, kan bringe denne kraften ind i vores hverdag. Vi vil udforske teknikker til at vedligeholde og nære vores indre ild\, så vi kan skabe muligheden for at være endnu mere kraftfulde\, tilstedeværende og autentiske i livet. \n\nTo shamanistiske te ceremonier\nSomatiske udforskninger\, meditationer og øvelser til at udforske temaet\nTræning i regulering af nervesystemet gennem NSP (Nervous System Programming)\nEt åbent og kærligt broderskab\nDyb forbindelse\, støtte og tid til at skabe bånd med gruppen\nSmukke naturomgivelser\n\nOm facilitatorerne \nBjarne Roursgaard \nStifter og ejer af Healing Rejser: www.healingrejser.dk/team \nDennis Lundtoft Thomsen \nDennis’ undervisning er inspireret af hans egen praksis\, hans løbende arbejde med traumefrigørelse og hans livserfaringer. Den bliver primært leveret som guidede øvelser gennem somatiske udforskninger\, gruppe og par øvelser og meditationer. \nI løbet af de sidste 15 år har han studeret under forskellige spirituelle lærere\, hovedsageligt inden for tantrisk buddhisme og tantrisk yoga. Dennis er registreret Spirituel Integrativ Krops- & Psykoterapeut samt certificeret Integrativ Somatisk Traumeterapeut. \nPrivat er han forlovet med Lisa og far og morfar og har tidligere arbejdet som konsulent\, leder og virksomhedsdirektør i 25 år\, før han helligede sit liv til dette arbejde. \nAske Ludvig Rask \nKropsterapeut\, performance coach og skaber af NSP træning (Nervous System Programming). Han er guide på retrætet og facilitator af workshop i NSP. \nThis retreat is only for men. \nRediscovering the Inner Flame – Your Authentic Power \nOur theme focuses on rediscovering and rekindling the inner flame\, the authentic power that resides within every man. This power originates from our deepest core and is the source of our passion\, our fullest potential\, and our ability to set boundaries\, among other things. \nThe Loss \nThroughout our upbringing and life’s journey\, this inner flame can become obscured or forgotten. Social expectations\, challenges\, and disappointments in interactions with parents and other people can lead to a disconnection from this vital part of ourselves. The first step on our journey is to acknowledge the moments and experiences where we felt our power fade. \nThe Journey Inward \nUsing meditations\, shamanic tea ceremonies\, reflections\, and guided dialogues in small groups and pairs\, we will explore the deeper layers of our consciousness. We will work to identify the blockages and limiting beliefs that have prevented us from expressing our true power. This is a process where we look honestly and courageously within ourselves. \nWith a mix of practical exercises\, such as psychosomatic bodywork\, and creative forms of expression\, we will collaborate with other men to create a space to awaken the dormant flame within. We will learn and work on how to channel this energy constructively to set healthy boundaries and stand firm in our authenticity. \nIntegration \nThis journey will not only be an inner transformation\, but we will also look at how to bring this power into our daily lives\, alone and together with other men. We will explore techniques to maintain and nurture our inner flame\, so we can be even more powerful\, present\, and authentic in life. \n\nTwo shamanic tea ceremonies\nSomatic explorations\, meditations\, and exercises to delve into the theme\nTraining in regulating the nervous system through NSP (Nervous System Programming)\nExperience Men’s groups and an open and loving brotherhood\nDeep connection\, support\, and time to form bonds with the group\nBeautiful natural surroundings\n\nAbout the Facilitators \nBjarne Roursgaard Founder and owner of Healing Journeys: www.healingrejser.dk/team \nDennis Lundtoft Thomsen Dennis’ teaching is inspired by his own practice\, his ongoing work with trauma release\, and his life experiences. It is primarily delivered as guided exercises through somatic explorations\, group and pair exercises\, and meditations. Over the last 15 years\, he has studied under various spiritual teachers\, mainly in tantric Buddhism and tantric yoga. Dennis is a registered Spiritual Integrative Body & Psychotherapist and a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist. He is engaged to Lisa and is a father and grandfather\, having previously worked as a consultant\, manager\, and corporate director for 25 years before dedicating his life to this work. \nAske Ludvig Rask Body therapist\, performance coach\, and creator of NSP training (Nervous System Programming). He serves as a guide on the retreat and facilitator of the NSP workshop.
