DESCRIPTION:Where are you heading in your life? Is everything progressing smoothly\, do you have an idea of where you are going and who you want to become? Is that idea materializing or are you struggling to find direction? Are you going through some significant changes in your relationships and what you value as important? \nAs men\, we can find that a sense of purpose is necessary for a good life. It can give us a feeling that we are growing\, learning and therefore that our lives are meaningful. During this retreat we will explore three different layers of Life Purposes:\nPsychological: What do I need to do or become before I die?\nSystemic/karmic: What does the world need me to do or become before I die?\nSpiritual: Who am I? \nWe will be using group sharings and group exercises\, somatic explorations and mind-body practices for you to get a clearer impression of where you are at in your life – and what your particular purpose(s) in life could be.\nThe answer for each of us is unique so it will be facilitated in a space where head\, heart and guts has the possibility to inform each other to deepen your own understanding of what this means to you and what your unique gift is and how you can stay more connected to it\, live it and share it.\nAs part of this we will ask and seek the answer to what happens when head\, heart and guts inform each other and work together\, so that a truly healthy manhood may arise? \nIn this retreat you will experience:\n– Two Shamanic tea ceremonies\n– A Relational breathwork session\n– Purpose workshops\n– Integration workshops\n– An open loving masculine brotherhood\n– Deep connections\, support and time for bonding\n– Beautiful natural surroundings \nIncluded in this are two virtual integration workshops and the possibility for adding a personal 1:1 integration package with 3 online sessions of 60-75 minutes for DKK 1\,500. \nIf you are at a stage in your life where you feel the need to change\, to deepen or get clearer on what you are doing\, this retreat is for you. \nYour facilitators at this course will be Dennis Lundtoft Thomsen and Bjarne Roursgaard. \nPractical information:\nDate: Thursday 23 June to Monday 27 June\nCheck in at the venue will be from 18 to 1830 on the 23 June. It is possible to arrive the day before the event. Just let us know. \nThe retreat will be followed up with two virtual integration workshops. These will be Tuesday 2 August and Tuesday 20 September at 19-21 (cet). \nIn order to prepare for this weekend\, you will need to do a special diet for a few days and prepare. We will send out a preparation e-mail with information for you two weeks before the event. \nLanguage: The language of this event is English. If all participants understand Danish fully we will host the retreat in Danish. Translation will be provided if needed. \nAbout the Facilitators:\nBjarne Roursgaard is the founder and owner of Healing Rejser\nRead more here: www.healingrejser.dk/team \nDennis Lundtoft Thomsen\nDennis teachings are inspired by his own spiritual practices\, his own continuous trauma release work and experiences in life and mostly focused on guided inquiry based learning through somatic explorations\, exercises and meditations.\nHe has over the last 12 years studied with many different highly respected spiritual teachers and mainly on the tantric Buddhist and tantric yogic path.\nDennis is also a trained psychodynamic\, cognitive and somatic therapist and is studying to be a registered Spiritual Integrative Body and Psychotherapist. Privately he has worked as a consultant\, leader and company director for 25 years before dedicating his life to this work.
