DESCRIPTION:Denne retræte er kun for mænd. \nTema: Tantra – Fra Indre Ro til Ydre Forbindelse \nDenne retræte er kun for mænd og fokuserer på at skabe en dybere forbindelse med sig selv som fundament for autentisk og intim kontakt med en partner. Gennem deling af facilitatorenes egne erfaring med emnet og med forskellige tantriske øvelser vil vi arbejde med at finde ro og styrke i vores indre\, så vi kan møde verden og vores relationer med større åbenhed og nærvær. \nDen Pornoficerede Tilgang til Seksualitet\nDen moderne verden præsenterer ofte en pornoficeret tilgang til seksualitet\, som kan ødelægge potentialet for større intimitet og et dybere møde i kærlighed. Denne tilgang fører ofte til overfladiskhed og disconnect i stedet for den dybe\, nærende forbindelse\, som tantrisk praksis søger at fremme. Vi vil arbejde med at forstå og finde veje til at frigøre os fra disse påvirkninger. \nRejsen Indad\nMed hjælp fra meditation\, åndedrætsøvelser\, dearmering af vores eget køn og guidede dialoger i små grupper og par vil vi udforske de dybere lag af vores bevidsthed. Dette er en ærlig og modig proces\, hvor vi ser ind i os selv. \nGennem denne retræte vil vi arbejde mod at skabe en dybere forbindelse til os selv\, så vi kan møde vores partnere og verden med en åben\, stærk og autentisk tilstedeværelse. \nIntegration\nDenne rejse vil ikke kun være en indre forvandling\, men vi vil også se på hvordan man alene og sammen med andre mænd til\, kan bringe denne kraften ind i vores hverdag. Den bliver primært leveret som guidede øvelser gennem somatiske udforskninger\, gruppe og par øvelser og meditationer. \nI løbet af de sidste 15 år har han studeret under forskellige spirituelle lærere\, hovedsageligt inden for tantrisk buddhisme og tantrisk yoga. Dennis er registreret Spirituel Integrativ Krops- & Psykoterapeut samt certificeret Integrativ Somatisk Traumeterapeut. \nPrivat er han forlovet med Lisa og far og morfar og har tidligere arbejdet som konsulent\, leder og virksomhedsdirektør i 25 år\, før han helligede sit liv til dette arbejde. \nJohn Gammelgaard \nMed mere end 10 års erfaring indenfor Tantra\, spiritualitet og terapeutisk praksis\, har han tilegnet sig en bred vifte af faglige uddannelser og deltaget i mange workshops. I sin daglige beskæftigelse arbejder han som timeredder hos Falck og Region Midt. \nHan har dedikeret mange år til personlig udvikling\, hvilket han mener er essentielt for at kunne arbejde effektivt med andre mennesker. Hans professionelle repertoire omfatter spirituel vejledning\, coaching\, bodywork\, de-armouring\, kundalini energier\, hypnose\, breathwork\, healing og sexologi. \nGennem årene har han faciliteret og guidet utallige sessioner\, hvilket har givet ham en omfattende erfaring. Han ser sig selv som en katalysator for andres rejse og lader universet vise vejen. \n  \nThis retreat is only for men. \nTheme: Tantra – From Inner Peace to Outer Connection\nThis retreat is exclusively for men and focuses on establishing a deeper connection with oneself as a foundation for authentic and intimate contact with a partner. Through sharing the facilitators’ own experiences on the subject and engaging in various tantric exercises\, we will work on finding calm and strength within ourselves\, enabling us to face the world and our relationships with greater openness and presence. \nThe Pornified Approach to Sexuality\nThe modern world often presents a pornified approach to sexuality\, which can undermine the potential for deeper intimacy and meaningful connections in love. This approach tends to lead to superficiality and disconnection\, rather than the deep\, nourishing connections that tantric practice seeks to promote. We will explore ways to understand and free ourselves from these influences. \nThe Journey Inward\nWith the help of meditation\, breathing exercises\, de-armoring our own sexuality\, and guided dialogues in small groups and pairs\, we will delve into the deeper layers of our consciousness. This is an honest and courageous process of looking within ourselves. \nThroughout this retreat\, we will work towards creating a deeper connection with ourselves\, so that we can engage with our partners and the world with an open\, strong\, and authentic presence. \nIntegration \nThis journey will not only be an inner transformation\, but we will also look at how to bring this power into our daily lives\, alone and together with other men. It is primarily delivered as guided exercises through somatic explorations\, group and pair exercises\, and meditations. Over the last 15 years\, he has studied under various spiritual teachers\, mainly in tantric Buddhism and tantric yoga. Dennis is a registered Spiritual Integrative Body & Psychotherapist and a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist. He is engaged to Lisa and is a father and grandfather\, having previously worked as a consultant\, manager\, and corporate director for 25 years before dedicating his life to this work. \nJohn Gammelgaard \nWith over 10 years of experience in Tantra\, spirituality\, and therapeutic practice\, he has acquired a broad range of professional qualifications and participated in numerous workshops. In his daily work\, he is employed as a paramedic by Falck and the Central Denmark Region. \nHe has dedicated many years to personal development\, which he believes is essential for working effectively with others. His professional repertoire includes spiritual guidance\, coaching\, bodywork\, de-armoring\, kundalini energies\, hypnosis\, breathwork\, healing\, and sexology. \nOver the years\, he has facilitated and guided countless sessions\, which has provided him with extensive experience.
